With deep roots in the construction industry, Esther brings a lifetime of insight and experience to her role. As the wife of company owner Robert Powers and daughter of Foreman Cresenciano Cruz, Esther was raised in the world of building and design, making her uniquely attuned to the flow of each project from both a technical and creative perspective.

Armed with a degree in Interior Design and six years of experience in the field, along with a background in architecture, Esther brings a valuable eye for detail and design. While she may not always be on the job site, her influence is felt across all aspects of the company’s operations. She ensures every client's vision is understood and carried through to completion — from initial planning to the final reveal.

Esther oversees day-to-day administrative operations, tracks project timelines, manages client communication, and monitors crew performance to ensure projects stay on schedule and exceed expectations.
